A well-known professional wrestler and his family were found dead inside their house in Fayette County Monday afternoon.

Authorities confirmed that Chris Benoit, his wife Nancy and their 7-year-ancient son, Daniel, were found dead at the home on Quarters and Redwine roads in Fayetteville about 4 p.m.

Officials would not say how the family died, other than to say they weren’t shot to death.

Benoit, a 40-year-ancient Canadian native maintained a home in metro Atlanta from the time he wrestled for the now-defunct World Championship Wrestling.

Most recently, Benoit fought as part of the World Wrestling Entertainment organization. WWE canceled its live show in Corpus Christi Monday night, and its broadcast of “Raw” on the USA Network was a three-hour retrospective on Benoit’s career.

“Obviously, all sorts of speculation are running rampant but I have talked to so many people and nobody really knows [whether the couple was having marital troubles],” said Bryan Alvarez, who runs Figurefour Weekly, a wrestling newsletter and Web site, from Linwood, Washington.

Benoit was scheduled to appear in a pay-per-view title match Sunday night, but was a no-show due to a “family emergency,” the WWE said during the broadcast.

Benoit’s wife, Nancy, managed several wrestlers and went by the stage name, “Woman.”

They met when her then-husband drew up a script that had them involved in a relationship as part of an ongoing storyline on World Championship Wrestling.

Soon after, the two became romantically involved in real life and married, Alvarez said.

Benoit has two other children from a prior relationship.

Every woman enters a marital relationship with all kinds of expectations. Some of this expectations are quite normal  while others are quite exaggerated. But, there are general things that women want and expect in a relationship. They expect a man to be loving. Loving enough to be able to show it and tell them that they like them. Though to you it might seem stupid and that you are with them and that is enough proof that you like them, women expect to be told and reminded once in a while that they are loved. Get them a gift or a flower and a card and tell them that you like them and appreciate them.

If you have children in a marital relationship, the women expect that you will help them take care of the children and that you will share the responsibility of waking up when there is a problem with the children or taking them to school and attending all their games. If you leave all this to your wife, the only thing you will get from her is resentment. This is because they expect you to help out. A small help, even if it is very small will go a long way in making your wife to like you. At the end of it all, you also want your wife to fall in like with you just like you like her, so do what she expects to make life better for both of you.

In a marital relationship, a woman expects to be listened to. Sometimes they could be having a very vital point that you will miss if you do not listen to her. Some men have the tendency of saying women are not bright and they are far much better off silent than talking. This is not right, there are bright women out there, in fact some are brighter than most men. When she talks and tries to make you see a point listen and if you do not see the point she is making you can tell her in a polite way. The most vital part is that you listen. If you are having a conversation with her, do not appear to be the one who keeps talking, give her a chance to air her views about something. She also has views you should know.

Women in a marital relationship expects that a man will be able to make time for her. A man should never be too busy to see his own wife. If you are too busy, you will be communicating to your wife that she is not vital and that money and other things are far much vital than her. As much as money is needed for the daily running of the household, you should also make time in between your making money and sleeping hours to see your wife and treat her in a special way. If you do all these, you will be surprised how you relationship will change from better to brilliant. Go on and meet some of your wife expectations. You might not meet all of them but you would have tried.

As you look through the Bible, there are only a couple of different male/female relationships that are found. There are father/daughter, husband/wife, brother/sister in the Lord (those born again that God has adopted), and a couple of references to engaged male/female. There aren’t any references to any type of courtship. Given the seriousness of a marriage relationship in the Bible, if Christ had desired a courtship type of relationship one might expect to see at least one reference. Rather there are many cautions to the single males and females on their conduct. One of the strongest example is found in 1 Corinthians 7:1 “Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: [It is] excellent for a man not to touch a woman.” There are also many examples within the Bible about avoiding lust. Here are several.

2 Timothy 2:22 “Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.”
James 1:15 “Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
Matthew 5:28 “But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.”
James 1:14 “But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.”
Those that have dated have found it very hard to avoid lust and the related temptations and far too often end up with additional sins like fornication. If you look at any of the data available today on pre-marital sex (even among Christians), I’m certain you’ll agree, that while it’s not impossible, dating certainly makes staying sexually pure until marriage a challenge. The other thought to consider is around the success of the dating system. Given that nearly 1/2 of all marriages today end in divorce, the process must not be ideal. Many that I’ve discussed this topics with agree that dating isn’t ideal, but question if there is any alternative. I’d offer the following to consider based on thoughts found in the Bible…

We believe that God made each of us and gave us a set of talents and weaknesses. (Genesis 5:2 “Male and female made he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were made”. And Isaiah 45:12 “I have made the earth, and made man upon it: I, [even] my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.”) We also have the faith to believe that he is able to provide for all of His creation. (Matthew 10:29-31 “Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Dread ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.”) If he cares for the birds, certainly, He can care for each of us. If he cares for us and commits to provide all our needs, isn’t is possible to also believe that if we need a spouse that he could also provide the ideal one. And that it’s quite possible that because He made the spouse too, that He could do a better job of matching two up than anyone else? One key is that one must seek Him and His proposes first, then he’ll provide all needs not just marriage. Sometimes we get it backwards. (Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”)

My boyfriend and I have chose to “wait until marrige”. Neither of us are virgins, but I want to respect him and his spiritual needs. He has agreed to “everything, but penetration” which confuses me. I am also trying to grow in my Christianity. For a 30-something WOMAN this is really tough! Where can I find in the bible the definition of sexual impurity? Isn’t mutual mastubation a sin as well? I’m trying so hard to know why one is ok and not the other. Just can’t quite bring myself to question him…hmmm?!

There are really two sides to the traditional Islamic condemnation of same-sex sexual activities. The specific condemnation of the people to whom Lot was sent is one of these; the other is the issue of zina, or sex outside of marriage (sometimes translated as “indecency” or “fornication”). The sole Quranic quotation linking same sex activity to zina without mentioning Lot is from the surah “Women”: “if two men among you (commit zina), punish them both. If they repent and mend their ways, let them be. God is forgiving and merciful.” The injunction against zina, like the Mosaic laws against same sex activity, is clearly based on a scenario in which two men who ought to restrict themselves to marital sex, the opposite of zina (implying that this better option was perfectly plausible for them), lustfully had sex with one another instead. In doing so, they did something equivalent to adultery or premarital sex, which are also described as zina. That is to say, they were indulging in sexual extras or diversions, not in acts that worked for the excellent of their potential or current loving relationships. The word zina is consistently used to denote these breaches into deleterious extramarital excess. It is clear that this point of view can be applied without problem to same-sex surrogacy, which is just such a sexual diversion for an ordinarily heterosexual person. It seems much more reasonable overall to conclude that the ban against same-sex extramarital or premarital sex is exactly that – an injunction against such activities by people who are, will be or could be legitimately heterosexually married.

Anyway what I find more fascinating is the relationship side to this scenario; for example: Can you clarify to me, to the best of your knowledge, the relationship between the prostitute and the client (and vice versa, to place it mildly) and can you go on to define the relationship between the wife of the man that knows her husband goes out and seeks the services of another woman for money. If you can do this without using the word “dysfunctional” that would be excellent; because this behaviour is beyond dysfunctional, it is way past not operating normally or properly – long gone!

It is deviant behaviour and needs analysing.

Wow, such an overly immature view of dysfuctional political relationships you most have. Geeze it’s pretty transpart that she was mostly likly getting some sort of satisfaction herself. Thats not really the issue. Politicians have always been known to be the most imperfect people. The problems that we treat them like there not going to when we place them into a dysfunctional position anyways. So their dysfunctional relationship is a consequence of the dysfunctional political system we have that sells votes, bills and govnerment policy. Besides your assuming that she is just as sex driven as he is, or you are. We don’t know that. Besides, their politicians I mean really they all suck, there all full of crap filled lives suffering from there amoral choices. So this is just lame….. I mean whats next, lets make fun of Obama? Or you trying to support him? First of all, I do agree with gay rights; but, in order to appropriately address the opposing side, I need to be familiar with their views. What are some ANTI-gay right arguments?
So far I have the cliches. It’s:
-Against the bible
-Marriage “between a man and a woman”
-Influences children
-Immoral
-Defies nature
-”Grosses me out”
-Broken psychology
-Cannot reproduce…

And I’ve found grounds to dismiss all of these thoughts. I am wondering if there are any points I missed? If so, please provide them.

Islam has place fantastic stress on the relationship of husband and wife. It has clearly laid down the respective rights and obligations to avoid confusion and complication in this regard.

The basis of husband-wife relationship is like and compassion. In this regard the Quran states:

“And among His signs is this that He has made mates from among yourselves, that you may live in comfort with them, and he has place like and compassion among you (husband and wife). Surely in that are signs for those who reckon” (30 : 21).

The role of husband normatively revolves round the principle that it is his solemn duty to Allah to treat his wife with kindness, honour and patience, to keep her honourably or free her from marital bond honourably, and to cause her no harm or grief (Qur’an, 2 : 229-32 and 4 :19). The wife’s position has been clarified in the Qur’an by saying that : -

“Women have similar rights over men as men have over women” (2 : 228).

The husband in Islamic law is under obligation to maintain her wife. Maintenance includes the wife’s right to lodging, clothing, nourishing, care and well being. The wife has a right to delight in all these things according to her status and according to capacity of her husband.

The wife, but; loses her right of maintenance, according to the unanimous opinion of the Muslim jurists, in case of Nushuz, that is her hatred or defiance of husband or her attraction to another person.

In case of husband’s recalcitrance to maintain wife, the law enforcement agencies are required to enforce maintenance. The majority of Muslim jurists also allow the wife the right to seek divorce in such a case. If she wishes so, the court must comply with her request and grant her the divorce.

The wife has also the right to receive dower from the husband at the time or in consequence of marriage. The dower is a gift of husband to his wife. This symbolises an assurance of economic security from the husband towards wife. The amount can be huge or small depending on mutual agreement and economic condition of the two parties. This is, but; no price of sexual enjoyment. This can not be so because sexual enjoyment is not a one-sided affair. (Ref: The Family Structure in Islam, Chapter 3, by Hammudah Abdul Ati, American Trust Publications).

The main obligation of the wife as a partner in a marital relationship is to contribute to the success and blissfulness of the marriage as much as possible. She should be attentive to the comfort and well being of her mate. The Quran mentions excellent wife as “comfort of eyes” (25 : 74).

The husband has been stated by scholars as the head of the family in Islamic family system ( infact, Qur’an itself has declared him Qayyim, which stands for manager, unit head, provider and protecter). It is the duty of all family members to obey him in lawful matters. But; Islam has enjoined on all Muslims to manage their affairs (which includes family affairs) by mutual consultation. But; in case of disagreement, the head of the family should be obeyed.

Husband alone has the right of sexual intimacy with wife. The wife must not allow any other person to have access to that which is exclusively the husband’s right. Wife has similar right in this regard.

Islam has given the right principles and instructions regarding rights and obligations of husband and principles, if obeyed in right spirit, would ensure and social life instructions wife. These principles, if obeyed in right spirit, would ensure better family and social life.

In a four year relationship I had with a woman in her early 40’s , she said I am a wonderful person, and she needs me as a friend, yet she is not ready for a commitment. I truly fell head over heals in like with this woman over that four year period. I wanted to start a family with her, as neither one of us have any children. I feel as if she has kept me hanging long enough. I am still deeply in like with her, but I’m not getting any younger either. We both have a lot in common, and share the same dreams, except for one obvious one; “Marriage”… Since I still like her dearly, should I wait for her, or is it high time fo me to go on? No offense to the men on here, but I would really appreciate a womans point of view on this. Thanks for any help.

Women or men 10 Points for the best answer to help solve the biggest argument in my marriage?

I have had the same argument with my husband daily, for as long as we have been together. Why is it impossible to train him to place the toilet seat down when he is finished. For years he has blown it off and kind of laughs about it, even though he knows that I will never stop reacting to it and that it just makes me crazy.
It is terrible enough that I have to clean the rim, but I feel like after all these years he should just get it. Now we have 5 grown adult kids, in which 3 are boys and they do the same darn thing. Although they are all grown and out of the house, I still have to clean up and place the seat down every time they come home. Our girls, like me get after them just as much as I do.
Is it just a guy thing or what? Why am I having this argument every day and what do I do to change their habit. You would reckon that after all these years of hearing me get mad, they would get it together and stop.
Other than this one issue, I would not have one complaint. They are all very respectful and intelligent people that are successful and well liked, but give me a break already.
I guess it doesn’t help that today was a holiday and everyone was home. If there is any suggestion from woman that have broken men of this habit or men who’s women have broken them of this habit, please tell me how it was done.
I am serious so no unacceptable comments please.
Addl details: Once you fall into a toilet that is wet with pee, you never want to do it again. At the very worst if they did their business with the seat down they eould pee on it anyway, so why not just leave it down?
I truly didn’t reckon this many responses would come in from both men and woman, and I reckon that I will take a small bit of advice from nearly evryone. This must be a subject that everyone has dealt with at some point or another. Thanks for all the excellent advice.
