Learn Massage in hawaii at www.alohamassageschool.com in Maui, Hawaii During the 1970s, Pauls developed what he called Phased Reflex Techniques (PRT) — the first stage in the development of Ortho-Bionomy. “Through the Phased Reflex Techniques, we bring about an understanding to the body via the reflexes and so increase the body’s awareness. In so doing, the body functions better at all levels.”2 Pauls believed there is an innate tendency in all things to go toward its own perfection, and that this self-corrective reflex only needs an occasional nudge, or reminder, to “kick in.” The Ortho-Bionomist provides stimulation to activate the self-healing response and then supports the individual in such a way as to not interfere. The term Ortho-Bionomy translates loosely as the right application of the natural laws of life. Pauls felt strongly that the role of the practitioner should be indirect, listening and responding to ongoing patterns, rather than using manipulation to impose change. “We only show reminders of what is, the rest is spontaneous,” Pauls said. “Would you show water how to run down a hill? It knows how, it only has to be set free. The body of man is the same, it knows, so who are we in our practiced intellect to teach it? It is better it teaches us and we observe the events that follow on.”3 Pauls’ background as a black belt martial artist and judo instructor had trained him to work with the energy of another, rather than conflicting with it. http

We meet Leah, the oldest daughter of Laban, whose “tender eyes” prevent her from fully participating in the daily work of her nomadic family, and Rachel, the spoiled younger daughter, the petted and privileged beauty of the family — or so it seems to Leah. AUDIO [TAR // Riza] I’ve been dreaming for so long…
[EDIT] I had to pitch change the song… I finished it! WHOOT! I really wanted to end a more pleased video and dedicate it to Bass and Care in the joyous moment of their wedding. -_- I lost that video… So this is Part 2 to the TAR editions for Riza, and we finally find out a bit more about her and her past. Must Know Information; Riza has been around for a LONG time. In human history it was she who was bases for a few historical women, even a few folk law heroines. Lilith was her first and original name, but something happened (in video) in which she lost her humanity. She has also been known as Lady of the Lake, Joan D’ Arc and few others. Species; yet to be confirmed. Eyes; her eyes are now red, they were a different colour when she was human. Religious?! Hahahaha, no. Seriously I am not religious and I really do like the tale of Lilith, but I am doing the; “there is always truth behind tales, but they are not always what it is said in text.” Lilith was a woman born way way back, your view on how she came about because I shall never touch on that. Tale Time! Riza is having a shower (mind out the gutter you pervs!) and is thinking back upon her past, to the world she knew and the world; her home and everything that followed. He home was ruined…Riza was left wounded and confronted the person who done it, who took away her humanity and made her into something she didn’t know. After this happened she went upon a killing spree, basically uncaring and being a …

Q&A: Christians, how do you explain these glaring contradictions in the bible?
Question by benitocanadian13: Christians, how do you clarify these glaring contradictions in the bible?
Creation Contradiction, 1
“And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was excellent: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.” (Genesis 1: 3-5)
“And God made two fantastic lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth.” (Genesis 1:16-17)
Comment
God makes day and night on the first day and then makes the stars and the two fantastic lights (sun and moon) on the fourth day (Genesis 1:19). How can you have day and night on the first day without a star? This describes a dramatic contradiction to the way the actual universe works. To have a day you must have a rotating planet and a sun. Genesis proves that God (or more accurately, the authors of Genesis) could not have known about the structure of the universe, or even the difference between stars and planets
Creation Contradiction, 2
“And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that is was excellent. And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness…” (Genesis 1:25-26)
“And the LORD God said, It is not excellent that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air…” (Genesis 2:18-19)
Comment
In the first account, man gets made after the beasts, the second account has man made before the beasts . Only a person who exercised warped logic or blind faith could believe this outright contradiction. Yet to the fundamentalist reader, the many hundreds of contradictions and discrepancies in the Bible go by unseen, regardless of how many honest scholars and theologians have learned otherwise.
In fact there occurs two tales of Genesis, the second tale starts at Genesis 2:4. The first tale uses Elohim (God in the plural form) and the second tale uses the LORD God (Yahweh Elohim, sometimes incorrectly termed Jehovah). Both tales appear markedly different, yet somehow in history the tales got annexed together. This shows the allegorical intent of Genesis rather than a factual account.
Even the belief among non-fundamentalists, that the Bible has kept its original form despite minor changes, has led many theologians to reckon otherwise. One of the most highly respected theologians, Bruce Metzger, has written extensively on the errors in the Bible. For example, in his book “The text of the New Testament- Its Transmission, Corruption, and Restoration,” Metzger asserts errors due to:
Errors arising from faulty eyesight
Errors arising from faulty hearing
Errors of the mind
Errors of judgment
Difficulties historical and geographical
Alterations from doctrinal considerations
Addition of miscellaneous details.
Many times whole belief systems and vast changes to a society can change from a simple mistranslation of a single word. (For example “virgin” got confused in Isaiah 7:14 for young woman “almah”)
Creation Contradiction, 3
“So God made man in his own image, in the image of God made he him; male and female made he them.” (Genesis 1:27)
“And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.” (Genesis 2:21-22)
Comment
In the first account, God made a man and female simultaneously, in God’s image. In the second account Adam gets made from the dust (Genesis 2:7), and then later, a woman came from one of Adam’s ribs. Again, this shows another difference between the two Genesis tale accounts, each contradicting the other.
Edit: The IQ of some of you must be seriously lacking if reading a few paragraphs taxes you so. It always amuses me when someone complains about the length of my posts. It only proves to me that they could not have possibly read their bibles if a few paragraphs strains their brains so much. If you don’t like the length of my posts, than don’t read them and don’t answer them.
Edit: Mr. Indec… I don’t need to poke holes in the bible, it does a fantastic job of it all on it’s own by contradicting itself at every turn.

Chapter IV
The ball finished the King and courtiers left the room. I escorted Lady Mary to her chamber. I was disappointed for i never made a go to be closer to Lady Mary’s heart. I escorted Lady Mary to her chamber.
“Excellent night, your grace”, said Lady Mary in a polite tone
“Excellent night,Lady Mary”, I answered in a sweet tone while i stared with passion in her eyes.
Lady Mary went inside her chamber. I waited until I was sure that she was inside with her ladies-in-waiting and safe, And then i went back to mine.
When the next day came,Me and Philippe went to breakfast as usual. We sat beside the other ambassadors.
“Are you ready to go hunting Thomas?”, questioned Philippe
“Yes,yes i am”,I answered as I was staring at Lady Mary
“Who are to accompany us again Tom?”,questioned Philippe
“It is just the two of us,have you forgot?”
“Well that my friend is one of the main reasons why we are not much acquainted with people” ,said Philippe
“We had been here for just 3 days Philippe.”,I answered
Philippe didn’t answer for he did not want to object against me for i would always win.
Me and Philippe went hunting and we’re unfortunate to have not brought back anything. We we’re about to go to lunch but i realized i forgot to change to my uniform. So I went back to my chamber and told Philippe to go on and wait for me at lunch. After changing into my uniform and I was on my way to lunch and running late I was walking really quick and suddenly I accidentally collided with a lady who’m i did not recognize and only had a quick glance. I then apologized and rushed for lunch.
After lunch me and Philippe we’re in the garden enjoying the fresh air and having conversations. I was suddenly surprised when a young Lady and a couple of her friends suddenly approached me and Philippe.
I stood up and so did Philippe. “Can I help you madame?” , I questioned in a confused and polite way
“You are Thomas Frederick,Duke of Orleans and Ambassador of France?”,questioned the young Lady with a fierce and serious tone
“Yes I am, and how may I help you madame?”,I answered and tried to be polite.
“I never thought French men are rude to English woman”,said the young lady while her hands we’re on her hips.
“I am very sorry but I do not recall being acquainted to you madame.”, I answered while trying to remember if we had ever been introduced to each other.
“You are right Sir Thomas we are not acquainted since you have hit me and just continued to walk like nothing happened” ,said the young lady in a very serious and mad tone.
I was embarrassed for now i have remembered her. “I am very sorry madame i did not mean to hit you. I was running late for lunch but i did apologized.”,I said in a polite and respectful attitude.
“Oh did you now?”,said the young lady in a challenging tone.
“Yes I did,I did apologized madame.”
“Sir I remember the happenings clearly and all you did was turn back to me for a split second then continued to walk.”
,said the young lady as she continued to argue.
“Well is there anything i could do for you to forgive me madame?”,I questioned in a very polite and cool way
“Yes if you are to apologize now i might forgive your rudeness sir”,answered the young lady
“Well madame,I am very sorry for my rudeness”,I said as I was smiling and tried to be polite.
“Very well then I forgive you.”,Said the young lady as she walked away with her friends.
She caught my attention for no one has ever stood up on me, well back in France that is. And I admired her courage.
“Who is she?” ,I questioned as I turned to Philippe.
“She is Lady Katherine Seymour. the younger sister of the late Queen Jane Seymour.” ,Answered Philippe in a whispering way.
“Katherine Seymour…”,I mumbled to my self and found my self smiling as my eyes followed her.

Q&A: What kinds of movies get nominated for Oscars or win them?
Question by heiress: What kinds of movies get nominated for Oscars or win them?
I’m so curious, because it seems as is all of the “dull, dull, historical” films win them or get nominated for them. Please don’t get me incorrect, movies like “Crash,” “Pretty Woman,” “Erin Brokovich,” “Walk the Line,” and “Titanic” certainly deserve it, but why “Aviato,” “Sideways,” “Capote,” “Excellent Night and Excellent Luck,” “The Incredibles,” and “Brokeback Mountain.”
Best answer:
Answer by bartzturkeymom
The kinds of movies that typically get nominated have a message to tell — Life is Gorgeous, Chariots of Fire; or they depict an actor who has to transform themself to play a role — Capote, North Country, Monster Ball; or they are a compelling tale of a real person or time period — Gandhi, Place of Africa. They are usually films that have well written dialogue, gorgeous costumes, superb music, compelling characters and sometimes the plot twists like in Crash.

Q&A: How do you think we can stop sexism?
Question by Mike S: How do you reckon we can stop sexism?
My view: Most sexism in America itself is honestly toned down now, so much so that some people who claim to be either a feminist or a chauvinist are themselves sexist.
No, a lot of those types are sexist.
But, how can we stop sexism in places such as Saudi Arabia? How can we stop feminists from voting for Hillary Clinton soley due to her sex, or Obama due to race, or Edwards or any other of the white candidates due to their race?
How can we minimize all these differences that make virtually NO difference psychologically on the individual?
I take psychology and I know that men and women/women and men really compliment each other. We are, from the evolutionary perspective, stuck still in our “monkey” instinct. Men roam and copopulate with more than one woman, while women “nest” and are better at emphathizing and raising children.
Sexsm has nothing to do with natural predispositions of men/women, and everything to do with history and the historical perspective.
Best answer:
Answer by S P
Sexism subtle or open can be just as damaging. I disagree with your conclusion of it being purely historic, everything must stem from something.

Does anyone know the name of these books?
Question by The Trophy: Does anyone know the name of these books?
Hey, I remember tidbits from two books, my teachers read to our classes, one in 2nd grade and one in 4th grade (I believe). I’d like to track them down and buy cheap copies on Amazon.com or EBAY. So can anyone help me out here and give me the title of these books if they know them?
First, book… The main character is a girl, and I remember the book ends with her finding a Huge Bird eraser from a boy named Kevin, in her class, in her desk. I believe the book centered around her trying to impress another boy in her class, and he finished up with a snotty girl character in the same class. The protagonist was okay with that happening. Kevin, I believe, was a secondary character who wasn’t mentioned much. Him giving the girl the eraser, out of the blue, was a sign of affection to say he liked her. I reckon he left her a note, and a pencil, inside her desk too. (But don’t quote me on the last two)
The second book, has another girl, late elementary to middle school age, as the main character. I don’t remember too much about her. But I do remember one scene where her, her mom, her brother (named Aldo), and possibly dad are trying to figure out who this historical figure is that they have listed on paper. I believe they are in the kitchen. Aldo has to make a costume of this historical figure for school and wear it, so that’s why they are trying to figure out who it is. Anyway, they pronounce the name as “John Dark,” but then they find out it’s “Joan of Arc.” So Aldo yells, “I have to dress like a women!?!?” He ends up making a excellent costume, and makes a tin foil sword along with it. He then goes trick or treating in the costume.
I remember this book because I was 10, and a straight man (or boy) dressing up like a women was/is amusing to me. (And still is!) My friend and I both laughed out loud at that part, so my teacher stopped reading to the class and looked at us. Yet it was okay, to laugh at other parts of the book… (A.K.A. The lamer parts of the book that would never be apart of a Jerry Springer episode)… just not when she was acting like a dumb psycho. What a B*@#h!!!
Anyway, now that I’ve shared that part of my life online…and the two descriptions…can anyone help with tiles here? I know it’s vague, and I’m guessing the only way someone’s going to know the tiles is if they’ve read, or have had them read to them, them themselves. So any help is appreciated. Thanks!!!

Answer by P3
The second book is either “Dede Takes Charge!” or “Tough Luck Karen” by Johanna Hurwitz. In “Tough Luck Karen”, Karen has been assigned to write about Jeanne d’Arc, which she misunderstands and writes John Dark, and in “Dede Takes Charge”, Dede’s friend Aldo is Joan of Arc in a play.

Q&A: For Muslims, please clear up some things for me.?
Question by shalom
: For Muslims, please clear up some things for me.?
A) It is a historical fact Christ was crucified, and the controversy is in whether he rose from the dead. Do you believe He was crucified?
“They denied the truth and uttered a monstrous falsehood against Mary. They declared: ‘We have place to death the Messiah Jesus the son of Mary the apostle of Allah.’ They did not kill him, nor did they crucify him, but they thought they did… They have no knowledge thereof but the pursuit of a conjecture; they slew him not for certain, but God took him up to Himself.” (Koran 4:154-158)
B) Is your only sure way of going to paradise through Holy War?
“…so whoever is willing, he may take a path to his Lord. And you do not will unless God wills…” (Koran 76:29, 30)
“Thou causest to err thereby whomever Thou pleasest and guidest whomever Thou pleasest…” (Koran 7:155)
C) Do you believe murder should be embraced?
“When the Sacred Months are over, kill those who ascribe partners to God wheresoever ye find them; seize them, encompass them, and ambush them; then if they repent and observe prayer and pay the alms, let them go their way (Koran 4:5).
“…kill the disbelievers wherever we find them” (Koran 2:191); “fight and kill the Pagans, seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem” (Koran 9:5); “murder them and treat them harshly” (Koran 9:123).
Strike off the heads of the disbelievers”; and after making a “wide slaughter among them, carefully tie up the remaining captives” (Koran 47:4)
D) Is it ok to beat women?
“Excellent women are obedient…. As for those from whom you dread disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them. Then if they obey you, take no further action against them.” (Koran 4:34)
Please do not get mad, I am just curious.
