Why are fat, trashy, white, women attracted to black men and vice versa?
Question by beefjerkey: Why are stout, trashy, white, women attracted to black men and vice versa?
Now please don’t give the proverbial “Why do you care?’ or “Why can’t we live in a colorblind society?” or some crap like that. It’s very obvious and seems to be very common. I’m just asking a legitimate question that someone may have a legitimate answer to.

SVC 2008 – Bayt an Noor – Qum
This is a video of Bayt an Noor, the worshipping place of Lady Masooma [s] in the last days of her life. The house of Musa ibn Khazraj ibn Sa`d Ash`ari, where Lady Fatima Masuma [s] lived for the few days that she was in Qum, has now become a school named Madres-ye Sittiyeh. [Sittiy means Lady hence the name of the school is School of the Lady]. Till today, opposite the gates of this school and within its grounds, there remains the alter of worship (mihrab `ibadat) of this noble lady, where she spent hours of the last days of her life worshiping Allah. Also in this video is a small lecture by Sheikh Usama AbdulGhani, who describes the role of Women in Society and through Islamic point of view highlighting the responsibilities as well as the status of women.

Who’s expectations are we talking about?
Question by Pat H: Who’s expectations are we talking about?
Just wondering, because I see several questions referencing the “expectations” of a woman today.. saying “men” is way too broad, people are individuals, every man has different preconceptions or expectations in women, and saying “society” just seems like a cop-out.
Best answer:
Answer by HumanInstinct
You mean how they say “women are expected to be rail thin stick figures”, but no man likes a woman like that? And society is 50% female… sooo… where are these expectations really coming from?
Honestly, I reckon many women pressure themselves. Why? lol… you figure that out and you will probably get a nobel prize.

Do you think alot of people are in foreclosure because they lost the “fitting-in” game that is America.?
Question by me-inside: Do you reckon alot of people are in foreclosure because they lost the “fitting-in” game that is America.?
Seriously, I bet the majority of people who are in foreclosure are in it because they bought their house out of social pressure (clarify later) and the need to fit-in.
Social pressure is a problem with people’s wallets in this country. I cant tell you how many people I know have bought houses in the last 3 years because of it…here is my list of people I know…
1. I must buy a house because everyone I know is buying one.
2. If I buy a house my parents will reckon better of me.
3. If I buy a house my employer will view me as more responsible.
4. If I buy a house women will be see me as better marriage material.
5. A strong case of self-conscience and just a sheep mentality as a whole.
Countless more reasons and guess what? Every single one is in foreclosure or behind on payments.
Questions:
Why cant people wait and do things when the time is right instead of rushing to just to impress “society”, “friends” and/or family?

Did you know that the LARGEST “Gender Equal” Experiment have failed spectacularly in Kibbutz example?
Question by : Did you know that the LARGEST “Gender Equal” Experiment have failed spectacularly in Kibbutz example?
Admitted by Jewish feminists by their OWN words! (Jews are pioneers of Feminism)
http://jwa.org/encyclopedia/article/kibbutz
EXCERPT:
“As a secular and democratic community, the kibbutz—first founded in 1910—strove to implement egalitarian principles as expressed in the slogan: “From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.” In addition, from the 1920s on, due to kibbutz women’s collective action, GENDER EQUALITY became part and parcel of the kibbutz movement’s normative discourse, a kind of “self-understood symbol of this classless society”
“…Nearly a century later, but, the kibbutz is strongly marked by social and economic stratification; privatization—i.e., transfer of functions from the community to the individual and the family—is in process, while the introduction of differential remunerations for work may give a decisive coup de grace to the egalitarian ideology”
(Topel, 1995; Ben Rafael, 1997; Achouch, 2000; Ben-Rafael, Topel, 2003, Avrahami, 2002).
“… Moreover, it appears that the kibbutz today—more than ever in the past—is a GENDERED , MALE-ORIENTED and male-dominated community ..”
================================================================
Keep in mind that for all those years of existence, Kibbutzim received Massive amount of Money & Privileges from Israeli Government, as compare with other non-Kibbutz areas.
Finally, Jews themselves are sick of paying for this kind of experience…They cut of Government supplies of Fund to Kibbutz!…and it died!

Best answer:
Answer by pisa
The Awakening By Kate Chopin is a novella (small book)
set in the French Quarter of New Orleans. It is a must-read
as it depicts the emergence of non-traditional, gender role
perspectives. The main character is well-ensconced in her
role of wife, but she longs for a happiness that can
embody her passion. I know this book very well, as I did
a thesis on it in college. You can e-mail me, as your
questions are very lengthy and too much to incorporate here.
The book is small more than 100 pages. You should read it.
If I can help you know it, I will. Excellent luck.

When Obama says “Change we can believe in” did he mean the resurrection of the Welfare State?
Question by m e brooks: When Obama says “Change we can believe in” did he mean the resurrection of the Welfare State?
The Stimulus Package overturns the limits on Welfare Payments which the Republican Congress passed and Clinton signed in 1996. Now unmarried women can have baby after baby and you will pay them for each one. People can safely stay home and draw their check without having to worry about getting a job or waking up early in the morning.
Is this the “Change we can believe in?” Certainly looks like the failed “Fantastic Society” plot of Johnson. The plot which permanently re-enslaved the black populations in the inner cities to the Federal Government and the Democrats is being re-established by Obama. Is Obama trying to keep the black population from rising up and prospering? Certainly looks suspect to me.
Is the Change the reintroduction of failed socialism which will permanently hinder our nation and its’ economy? Certainly appears so to me.
All comments from the Kool-Aid Drinkers are welcome.
“Welcome Back Carter” should be the slogan for this administration. I am ancient enough to remember Carter’s debacle. His socialist policies crippled our economy. He lack of experience in foreign policy allowed the Iranians to play the USA for fools.
There should really be a history test which must be passed before someone is allowed to vote. 53% of registered voters stated that they believed the Electoral College was a university which politicians attended to qualify for political office according the Reuters in 10/2008. What percentage did Obama win by?
Best answer:
Answer by Stereotypemebecauseyouknow
That is what the Democrats have always wanted…more dependents who vote for them. They caused this crisis and are now taking full advantage of it. The voters in this country are lemmings for believing the lies when the truth is right her in their own words…

3rd Outline of “Laughter Vampires”?
Question by Karamazov: 3rd Outline of “Laughter Vampires”?
I’ve chose to call my tale “Laughter Vampires” these are young adults ages 19 to 20 who are attending college together in the late 2010’s. 4 or 5 of them have “special powers” and 2 or 3 of them are “normal” yet despised or spurned or shunned by most of “society”
The plot is basically this. the 8 students live in the celler of a mansion near the University. They rent out the bottom floor in it’s entirety. The lead Vampire , who “feeds” on laughter has a rich father who buys his son 8 “coffin / bed” “laughter chambers”
Our gang of miscreants and gen z men and women, go through the ups and downs of a typical sophmore year in college. Along the way they get to showcase their special powers.

IS there something wrong with me if I’m ok with being the “side chick”?
Question by jazzy: IS there something incorrect with me if I’m ok with being the “side chick”?
ok here’s my situation,
I’m currently messing around with a man who is not single but also not very committed to his significant other, he’s not legally married but he’s in a “relationship” with the mother of his child, (hence this current women is his second “baby’s mother”) he has a 7 year ancient from a previous relationship which he was very serious about in his early 20’s buy that didn’t work out, he was devastated by the end of that relationship shortly there after within 2 years he had another child with “this” current women. Allegedly they are “together” but they don”t even live in the same household, yes they might spend most days together but at the end of the night she goes home to her place and he stays alone in his apt.
anyways long tale small, I have known this man for over 3 years and I know him like the back of my hand I also know his track record, I really like him but since I know him so well I also know that he is never gonna change the way he is, (a womanizer)
we have a excellent bond we are friends and lovers, but I reckon the friendship is very strong, that I have come to realize that I’m okay with being his “side chick”, In reality i’m glad having him on the side because I wouldn’t want to deal with his day to day drama, and I don’t reckon I would want to be his woman either and deal with all his problems and nonetheless I wouldn’t want to be committed to a man who “cheats” i reckon i’m glad having him on his excellent days and for excellent times
Is there something incorrect with me?
I know some people might say don’t you want a man all for yourself. my response would be sure I do but I also know this is not the man that I want to spend the rest of my life with he’s just for “the moment” and when I need that extra company, I just feel that i’m better off not dealing with him on a daily basis, and I don’t ever Plot to be ‘his” woman either
as for the “significant other” i’m also not putting a gun to his head to be with me he does so very willing. “She” is his concern not mine,
is my way of thinking incorrect? I know “society” would frown upon my behavior or even my way of thinking in this situation right?

Answer by Applehunter
Not necessarily incorrect, but it’s vital that you be willing to step up to the fore whenever you feel it necessary.

Question by : What do you reckon about John Derbyshire’s reasoning for why women shouldn’t vote?

Q&A: Does anyone else ever notice the negative things women say about boys?
Question by Roger: Does anyone else ever notice the negative things women say about boys?
If they do terrible in school it’s because they are “bone idle, immature, never grow up, unmotivated, violent” etc…? Or “it’s only boys!” etc….
Have you ever heard men saying equivilent things about girls?
Why when girls do terrible in school is it seen as “society” is holding them back and multi-million dollar programs are set up to help them but when boys do terrible and start being lost and confused it’s because they”re male and their hormones? Is this a reversal of sexism?
thank you.
Best answer:
Answer by That kid
I reckon it just may be the women you are associating with.
Or that you look for the negative so much that you only notice the negative things women say about boys.
Remove yourself from this vibration and cultivate a new one and find different people to be around; it pays.

The four women behind Nellie, yelling at her in the beginning, represent the silent strength. They are the women praying for your release from the abuse. They are the ones who know the struggle you are in but, can’t do anything to help until you make the choice to get back up and fight back. They are the silent support. Once an abused woman decides to rise and fight back. That’s when all the silent support (friends, family, coworkers) raise their voice. The women on stage with Nellie were screaming encouragement into her ears. “Get UP! You Can Do It! DON’TGIVE UP! You’re nearly there!!! WE BELIEVE IN YOU!” Only when she get’s up can the …

Ayatollah Khamenei the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution met on the occasion of Birth of Fatima Al-Zahra (sa) with hundreds of prominent Iranian women. Speaking at the meeting, which was held on the eve of the birthday anniversary of Hazrat Fatima al-Zahra (sa), Ayatollah Khamenei said that clear opposition to hijab in the west is one of the consequences of the western view of women, further adding: “Westerners claim that hijab is a religious issue and that it should not appear in secular communities, but the real reason behind the opposition of the west to hijab is that hijab challenges and thwarts the fundamental policy of the west regarding women – namely, exploiting women and promoting moral corruption among them.” His Eminence said that women delight in a very high position in the family environment from an Islamic point of view. The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution said that there is a crisis regarding the issue of women in western communities. He referred to the current position of Iranian women in society and added: “Many things have been done in the Islamic Republic in order to restore the genuine position of women, but there are still many problems – especially problems regarding how women are treated in the family environment – and it is necessary to resolve these problems by laying the legal and executive groundwork.” Ayatollah Khamenei said that the Islamic Republic of Iran has reached a peak in terms of training scholarly women who are experts on …

Why do feminists think their own untested theories represent “the truth?”?
Question by Dusk: Why do feminists reckon their own untested theories represent “the truth?”?
…When there is no fact behind it?
“Patriarchal theory?”
…A sexist notion that male power is negative and incorrect for society.
“Masculinity lessons?”
…The sexist notion that men must become more like women to be free and pleased.
“Equal outcome laws?”
…The anti-male notion that ALL men will discriminate against women in the workforce, so women must be handed things, simply for being women.
All of feminism’s main points have the same thing in common… Men need to change, because men are broken. Men in power is a terrible thing, so feminists must “slant the deck” in favor of women?
It’s all completely sexist and discriminatory.
Why do people buy into this?
Women can do whatever they want these days. Men don’t “hold women back.” Why would our society buy into feminist theory as if it’s the “truth” and discriminate against ALL men to do it?

Sex and the city – despedida I

Set in New York City, the show’s focus is on four female characters. It was considered a sitcom, but had serialized storylines, like a soap opera, as well as dramatic elements. The show tackled socially relevant issues, often specifically dealing with women in society in the late 1990s, and how changing roles and definitions for women affected the characters. The show was primarily filmed at New York City’s Silvercup Studios and on location in and around Manhattan. Since it finished, the show has been aired in syndication on networks such as TBS, WGN, and many other local stations. But, those basic cable outlets edit out certain explicit show content that was broadcast in the original version on HBO.
