I filled out a job application using Monster.com. It questioned for my race. I check “white.” The application sent to the employer showed, “not a diversity hire.”
I recently started a business and perused the SBA website. It seems there are a lot of resources “women and minorities” and nothing small for average white male entrepreneurs.
In the companies I work for, they fire the bone idle white people but don’t fire the bone idle black people. They hire minorities more than whites.
I’ve grown up and went to college hearing rhetoric depicting white men as racists with an simple life, who wake up every morning with the thought “how can I keep the black man down today?”
Is anyone else sick of this? How did it become so okay to use terms like “women and minorities” to isolate white men?

“Robert Gibbs came out and said, ‘The new order has to include a whole host of vital non-secular actors.’ Now that was taken by others to mean he’s talking about the Muslim Brotherhood and even President Obama seemed to acknowledge when he had an interview with Bill O’Reilly that this is not, you know, an entirely perilous group there are factions of it that we could live with essentially and you’re hearing that more and more. I mean that, I mean when DNI Clapper comes out and testifies that look it’s a largely secular organization he may, I don’t know, he may be really speaking for an administration about the administrations belief about this group so are we, the United States, more open to the Muslim Brotherhood taking a more meaningful role in Egypt?”
Mark Steyn responded with, “Well I reckon we have to recognize the reality that this is who Egypt is I mean if you notice it’s mainly young men on the streets you don’t see a lot of women and the women who are out there are mostly covered. Nine out of ten women in Egypt have undergone female genital mutilation it is a society that over the last 60 years really since the fall of the Egyptian monarchy and the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood ( that Mubarek kept a pressure cooker lid on ) It is a society whose fundamental view of Islam has changed. If you look at the 1950’s female graduating class at Cairo University it looks very small different from a female graduating class at Brown, say, or some other American college circa 1957. Now you look at that female graduating class they’re all covered women. America has to acknowledge the reality of what’s happened in Egypt but America does not have any interest in making the same mistake it made in Iran in deluding itself that the people want to live like Sweden and then twenty minutes later it turns out there’s a new theocratic regime being established.”

Tonight my girlfriend 31 yrs ancient(of a few months) invited me over for a sandwich and to watch a movie with her and her 3 children after eating a sandwich,( I had been there about 1 Hr. 9:00 P.M.) we all 5 sat down on the couch to watch the movie with lights off a few min. later the oldest child who is 8 gets off of couch and sits on floor looks up at us( me with arm around girlfriend and rest of kids next to her) puts on a sad face? girlfriend says ” whats incorrect?’ no answer…Girlfriend says” why are you sad? is there anything I can do to make you pleased?” she nodes yes and calls her into kitchen to talk alone. a few min. later they disappear into the 8 yrs ancient room for about 15 min. the other kids and I are left sitting there????. then my girlfriend comes back and says “her 8 yr ancient wants her to color on some T-Shirts with her in her bedroom then help her make a cake after that she will be back later!”( so I’m guessing the Family movie night must be off? this kind of thing has happened several times before. ) I tell her ” that’s perfectly Ok go spend some time with her daughter I will come back tomorrow!” then she says ” she doesn’t want me to leave it wont take to long about 30-45 min.on coloring shirts and about 30-45 min with cake and frosting”I told her that ” I wanted to spend some time with her and watch the movie with her and the kids (that is why she invited me over). but if she wanted to spend time with her oldest that was perfectly Ok I had some things to do anyways and would come back over tomorrow! She said ” I thought we were like a family you could stay in here with the kids and watch the show while my daughter and I go in her room” I told her that we need to get the dating thing down first, then we can take it to the next level there was a problem yesterday (it’s been going on for sometime now) kind of like today so I posted a question on here it was my first one ever……(Is it incorrect for me to want my Girlfriend to sleep in the room with me when I stay the night with Her?)….. she told me yesterday ” she wanted some space” after the disagreement so I came home and posted that question. please feel free to read it!…..to get back to my tale. she said again today ” I don’t reckon it’s honest that you are trying to make me choose between you or my kids. I told her I wasn’t doing that at all and everything was Ok. I would come back over tomorrow when she could spend more time with me. I understood! I left after that. about one hr. later she called and said she wanted me to come over after the kids went to school so we could spend some time together alone.I told her ” that sounds fantastic!!! and I would see her tomorrow morning. then about one hour later she called again and said” lets not kid are selves are relationship was pretty much over, she didn’t like me making her choose between her kids and me,this kind of thing was going to continue to happen and she wasn’t going to change anything I shouldn’t leave just because she wants to disappear( or sleep) with her 8 yr ancient in her 8 yrs room whenever she invites me over. I tried to tell her that wasn’t the case she had questioned for “some space or basically place “back off some!”yesterday! even though she invited me over for the movie then changed her mind, it was Ok I was letting her have some quality time with her kids.She said no that’s not right, I was being immature, the relationship was over and she didn’t want to date me any more! I told her that I was sorry she felt that way and if she was ever serious about wanting to build a relationship with me then give me a call!……..so Ladies What do women really mean when they say ” My Children come first in my life they are #1?”

i haven’t read it cos it’s too long, but when a woman says that they mean what it sounds like.. if her children were ever not pleased with you in their lives and becoming a part of their family, then she would sacrifice her own happiness in order to make them pleased.

All of my female friends have kids. All but one of them are struggling single mother’s who are doing their best to raise their kids in a single parent home. A couple of them have been pregnant multiple times and have had abortions to get rid of the children that they don’t want.
I questioned one of my friends why does she stay with her boyfriend who she has complained to me about many times and has called a no excellent looser on many occasions. She told me that she stays with him because it is better than being alone. This seems to be the consensous of a lot of young women today. “I would rather have a piece of slop man than be alone”. I don’t know this kind of thinking at all. I’m 30 single, no kids, no man and I am very pleased to be single. It doesn’t bother me at all that I don’t have some no excellent looser laying up in my bed living off of me. Am I the only one that feels this way??

Excellent for you… Better to have your attitude about it than to make a baby with some loser that you’re only going to end up leaving… Babies should not be made unless there is a stable, loving partnership of two parents.

So everyday I place two sprays of, “8 by Abercrombie & Fitch for Women”. (Today it’s going to be, “Malaia by Hollister Co.”) After a few minutes of spraying it on, I can’t smell it anymore. Can other people smell that I’m wearing some perfum when I walk by them, even if I cannot even smell it on myself when I’m just there? I can smell it on my clothes if I rub my nose close to my shirt or something. But if I’m just standing, I can’t.
